"New Journey"

Well graduating high school is a big accomplishment for a lot of people, in life considering you have 12 different stages (I call hills which we overcome) to get threw and many test.  Not only do we get tested on our knowledge, but the test that is thrown at us on a daily basis called the test of life. As a teenager life throws different obstacles at you to overcome, staying focused and finishing school is one of the biggest one that we encounter. Once you have accomplished graduating high school the journey has just began. Everyone says you MUST go to college, you MUST get a job, ETC. BUT truth be told college may not be for you. The main thing in success is starting your foundation everyone has different building blocks they use to build their foundation. I choose the army it gave me a little money to use while I was in high school; it gives me a backup plan if college fails, and most importantly you get out what you put in. So remember what's for you may not be for everyone success comes in all different sizes shapes and forms so never let anyone determine your success.
--TO GET SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING YOU NEVER DONE.
-Pray for me on my journey :) & do whatever it takes to make your journey a success

Learning the hard way !

I'm the type who doesn't as for advice in a situation but if you want to offer ima listen. Well I've heard all Sagittarius's are that way. It's like although i hear was bound to happen i like to find out on my own. Try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I think everyone deserves a chance so i take the risk of finding out on my own. Not only when i'm dealing with people but different situation like my mom always tell me when she's in the car with me stop going over the speed limit even if it only 5 miles over it's still breaking the rules. I think i just have a heavy foot. So me being me I got a ticket for speeding which is going to cost me around $500.00 so if that ain't teach me nothing will. My mom said "a wise person learn from others mistakes but fools constantly make their own".

photo essay

Teen pregnancy

The above picture show the different things that happen when children are brought in the world by unprepared teenagers.

The photo meant a lot to me i mean we hear it from out parents and people who care about us but to see a baby face beside words like those touched my heart.

It's easy to judge someone but when reality sinks in the child suffers the most.  It gives you a lot to think about and makes you want to wait til after you are married and successful.

When school gets tough

I will soon be done with school in a little over a month. School has been pretty easy for me all my friends was in grades higher than me so what ever classes they took such as math and science i took as well just to be with them so when my 12th grade year come school would be chill. My classes are marketing, principal of business, yearbook, & teacher cadet 2 sounds easy right ? It is the hard part is getting out of bed in the morning. It be so hard because it sooo boring in school nothing to do but sit at a computer and listen to immature little boys (the worst part about electives). But when you feel like staying home push your self because in the end success is priceless. One day you will be able to stay in bed and have people working for you. Although success seems so far ahead keep pushing trouble don't last always.

"Everyone grows up"

Us as teenagers make dumb decisions and so things that we shouldn't do but most importantly we learn what not to do the next time. My point in this is i don't understand why people who committed a crime when they was a child is still locked up. If some one committed a crime at 15 i feel like by the time they are 35 they have learned from their mistakes and has grown up to be the mature man or woman. When we go to court w are forces to swear on the bible that what we are saying is true but the bible also says
"When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things." So how can you use the bible in court to determine the truth but don't use it threw the whole entire situation. All i know is the things i use to do when i was younger i wouldn't dare do now because time had made me wiser and smarter ans i'm better at making decisions and i think that's the case in most people.

"The Death Penalty"

Some people say the death penalty is reasonable in certain circumstances, But i don't think the death penalty should ever be considered. My reason behind that is the most common reason for a person receiving the death penalty is for committing murder, how can you kill someone  for killing someone what type of message are you sending out? Is it okay to kill someone or isn't it? Yes killing someone is wrong but killing a person who committed murder doesn't change the situation it just hurts more innocent people such as the person who is on death row family. why make them suffer when they didn't have any thing to do with it. I think the person should spend the rest of their life in a cell by them selves. BUT KILLING IS NEVER THE ANSWER.

Staying focused

"Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from." -Al Fraken
Life throws a lot of curve balls our way. With those curve balls we are giving choices a lot of different key factors play a role in the decision or choice we make. The thing about life is it gives you the test then teaches you the lesson. If you pass the test is up to you. Learning from other people mistakes is the only way to get the lesson before the test you'll only pass if you take their mistakes and correct them when it's your time in line. Stay focused and don't let the situation you are currently in be your navigation to where you want to be in life.

"Self Defense"

If you hit me i hit you back is the common misunderstood definition of self defense. Self defense isn't doing something to someone because they do something to you but it's using reasonable force to get away from someone. If someone hits you and walk away and you go and hit them that's not self defense, but if they are on top of  you beating you and you do what you have to do to get away that's self defense. If someone have a gun to your head then they walk away from the situation and you go behind them and shoot them NOT SELF DEFENSE. If you cause the situation to go to another level it's not self defense. A common argument of self defense is the TRAVON MARTIN CASE ! Many people say Travon was defending him self because he didn't have a weapon on Zimmerman was bigger truth be told Travon Martin was 6'0 tall and 160 lbs. Zimmerman was technically 2 feet shorter than Travon. So it's possible Zimmerman was the one defending him self. The media only showed pictures as Travon when he was a child and Zimmerman years ago as we all know people change dramatically over the years. So only god knows the self defense in that case but self defense is something we all should learn details and justification on.

Planning for a successful future

Everyone knows it takes hard work and dedication to get where you want to be in life or to be that thing we call successful. I asked miss Cletisha Brinson a couple questions on success. "i will first graduate high school and attend college" is what miss Brinson said when she was asked what are some short term goals you have to first accomplish before you can become closer to success. She plans on attending Howard university to become a doctor. "I can do anything i put my mind too" it's just a matter of staying focused and not getting easily distracted. "Cletisha is a very smart person and works hard to stay focus and does what she has to do and i believe it will pay off in the long run." says kierra Cletisha's friend. "I thank my mother for pushing me and leading me in the right direction as a child." As always at the end of each success we give a thank you speech to show the people who played a role in our success that it is greatly appreciated. miss Brinson would like to thank her mother but most of all the man above. "We can't do anything with out putting our creator first." Success comes to those to work hard and separates us  from things that could interfere or come between them and their success.

Drama

When you are working diligently living a calm life, focused on your future drama is easily noticed. It becomes uncomfortable, and stands out to get your attention. In middle school drama wasn't a big issue because you had to find yourself and who you really were you learned they type of person you were, and they type of people you wanted to be around. Once you figured those things out a mature female or male would have separated their selves from those type of people after all the famous quotes says "you are who you hang around." Once you made it to high school your main focus should have been trying to be successful.  Letting go the he say she say drama. It some times take an experience to help you realize drama isn't something you want in your life. Although there are also those who are addicted to drama. Being addicted to drama isn't different from any other addiction. An addiction is wanting something no matter the consequences to get an adrenaline rush . For people who live an boring life the adrenaline rush gives them the thrill or energy to get through their day. We all have a choice you can choose to play the game in other words buy in or move by. So which will you choose to buy in or keep moving by to success.
